Ventilation/Filtration Equipment Solution Selection: 12 Plymovent Model SER 1050 Spring Operated Retractable Hose Reels including direct mount Model FUA Blowers, 1.5 hp ea. 35’ x 6” dia flex hose, 600-degree rating and stainless steel clamping tailpipe nozzle.
CFM/Static Pressure: 700 cfm per Hose Reel @ 6” s.p.; 1000 cfm welding exhaust
Application Solution: Direct nozzle connection to engine tailpipe exhaust contains smoke and fumes at the source. Hose reel mounted blowers provided flexibility of operation if only select positions required ventilation.
Operators/mechanics breathing zones are isolated from fumes and the facility is kept clean.
